Right of complaint 

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Parcels sent on COD or to parcel shop are not accepted. 

Return and refund 

If a refund has been agreed (must be noticed in advance eg. by mail ordre@super-carla.dk ), it will be refunded to the account from which the item was paid for. If you want something else, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. 

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. 

NOTE: "customized" items, fabrics and fabric scraps are not refundable and can not be returned 

Return costs must be borne by you. 

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. 

The notice must be given per. mail to ordre@super-carla.dk. 

In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The condition of the item when you send it back 

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. 

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
