Fabric needed Elastic waist maxi skirt:

Fabric width 110-120 cm and 140-150 cm 

XS-L 2.1 m / XL 2.1 m-2.4 m** / 2XL 2.4 m-2.7 m** / 3XL 2.4 m-3.0 m**

** you can use less fabric if you split the waistband and add a 1 cm seam allowance to join the 2 parts together. See the layout page for examples.

Suggested fabrics:

Suggested fabrics are light to midweight fabrics such as denim, our deadstock poplin or wool, LUX poplin or Liberty Lasenby or Tana Lawn

 

You will also need:

Elastic tape width 10 cm: XS 70 cm, S 80 cm,  M 90 cm, L 100 cm, XL 110 cm, 2XL 120 cm,  3XL 130 cm

Option: If you cannot find an elastic waistband that is exactly 5 cm wide you can use any width you prefer. But make sure to change the width of the fabric waistband to this formula; - The width of the elastic waistband x 2 + 2,5 cm.
